Beach House in Cabo Rojo Apt.1

The Property is located in central places like:
-> 1Min. Drive to the beach
-> 14 Min. Walking to the beach
-> 1 Min. to Restaurants
-> 1 Min. Drive to the Pharmacy (Farmacia El Combate)
-> 21 Min. Drive to the light house
-> 21 Min. Drive to "Playa Sucia" beach

Additional Rules

**GENERAL RULES:**

-RESPECT THE COMMUNITY

-SHOUTING AND ARGUING OUT LOUD IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.

-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)

-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.

-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)

-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)

-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)

-Any damages to property will be charged.

-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 8. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)

Cancellation policy

There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
