Perfect ocean view and excellent location for a complete Caribbean escape. Located in the heart of the day and night live in Condado, just across the beach and with many things to do around. Condado is a trendy neighborhood that would definitively enjoy.
The space
Beautiful ocean view and contemporary furnishings make this 19th floor, corner studio the best place to spend your vacation in Puerto Rico.
The apartment has a clean, compact kitchen with all the necessities to prepare anything from sandwiches to gourmet meals.
The living and dining area are extremely spacious with a comfortable large sofa-bed, marble end tables and a marble dining table that will seat four. There is a 32 inch Smart flat screen TV on a moveable cart so you can watch TV from bed or sofa. There is also a speaker system for your IPOD or MP3 player.
There is a comfortable queen-size bed that gives you the option of more space resting after a beach or exploring day. The mattress is new and very comfortable. The entire North wall of the apartment is glass...and opens on to a balcony furnished with chairs and chaise lounge.

-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)
Cancellation policy
There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
Loved and enjoyed this Airbnb! Had such an amazing view! The host was extremely nice and communicative! Definitely worth every cent and made my visit in Puerto Rico a whole lot better! I highly recommend!
Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with airbnb. Located in Condado with a spectacular view. The area is lively and close to restaurants, beaches and other attractions. Would stay here again! Super responsive and accommodating from the host. Recommend to anyone!
Amazing views and literally two blocks away from the beach! You can buy a piña colada and take it to the beach. You’re also 5 minutes walking distance from “la placita” (local bars with music).

The location is perfect! Right in the heart of the night life, minutes away from the beach & a beautiful view.
The balcony & view really held the room up. Our host was great at communicating, nice, & quick. However, there were a few issues with the stay. I read prior reviews about the refrigerator, however I wasn’t expecting it to still be damaged, let alone extremely Loud. It was loud enough to keep everyone up at night and restless. No cap, we had to mentally prepare each time to open the freezer because it got even louder when opening it. It also doesn’t maintain anything cold/frozen- so why was it so loud? My ice cream turned into a milk shake! Next, the room itself. Now I know it says studio, but the pictures make it seem as if it’s a full 1BD that can fit 4 people. At best, the listing can only fit 2 people comfortably, there wasn’t enough walking or changing space for us 4. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bed was Ok. The sheets and blankets didn’t smell or feel fresh. The TV & “dining table” were super small. There was only 1 working elevator, and as you know, we’re on the 19th floor. The waiting periods for it was maddening, especially after coming back from a long day out and needed the bathroom. Again, our host was great. But for the price? We could’ve booked elsewhere for more space at similar costs. We appreciate you allowing us to stay, but it wasn’t the best experience. Thank you again.
