-LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)
Cancellation policy
There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
Stayed here with my family. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful Ocean views from the terrace. Centrally located with easy access to all of old San Juan. And the two bedroom apartment is immaculate. Chic and comfortable. Great deal for the money. The host could not have been nicer. Would come back here again in a heartbeat.
Beautiful atrium and views of the ocean. The perfect stay in Old San Juan - a stone's throw from La Perla and San Sebastian. We loved coming home to the AC and the decor is adorable.
Overall the place was great and JUST as pictured !! We were 3 20-something year old women and really enjoyed the location as it was a quick 10-20 min walk from literally EVERYTHING you want to see in old San Juan. So many bars and restaurants near by. This location is really unbeatable. The AC worked great. If you can’t deal with noise of any kind this really isn’t the place for you as it is located on top of La Perla and they party till the morning (it didnt bother us at all we are used to noise as we live in NYC). The noise was bearable for us. Overall a great place and you won’t be disappointed

No doubt this place was beautiful and in a great spot ! The view is breathtaking. The home was cozy and perfect for the four of us but the only thing i didn’t like was the second bedroom bed was bunk bed styled. Also we went half a day without power not sure what exactly happened . The guy who was remodeling also was very helpful and very friendly !
This place is a great location. If you plan to actually spend time in the space, I recommend another one. If you are only going to sleep here or spend minimal time here, it’s great. The AC did not work, I sent the host a message asking about it and never did receive a reply. The street is noisy (that was expected and OK). The kitchen had an ant problem. The unit is beautiful, just needs some attention to detail and the AC problem really needs addressed.
Beautiful location and amazing view
This is a great place to stay in the heart of Old San Juan. It is a spacious and beautiful apartment with a balcony and large private outdoor dining space. We had a great time there!
