-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)
Cancellation policy
There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
Nice one bedroom apartment
This place was amazing for location and cleanliness! Unfortunately, the noise at night during our stay was horrible. We didn’t get a lot of sleep due to the noise going on until usually 5 am (we were here during the weekend). We enjoyed the nightlife so we understood the noise problem lol but you should definitely consider this. The wifi was great most of the time, but there was absolutely no cell signal (no calls). Other than that the place was great! The A/C was working perfectly. Everything was from walking distance, and it was a short walk to the Uber pickup spot if we needed a ride.
Location for old San Juan cannot be any better. However, significant wifi issues ( which the host attempted to fix) and the home being a dead zone made it difficult to communicate with family staying on location. Additionally while the host listed strict rules respecting noise multiple guests at the other Airbnb on site were quite loud and disrespectful.
it's a perfect location to explore old san juan on foot and the ocean is right out your front door which is amazing to wake up to! also right across from the san cristobal fort which is super cool!
Great location! You can walk or scooter everywhere and I only used an Uber to get to and from the airport. Very safe environment and you get to experience the culture of PR. Perfect for 2 people. WiFi is a bit unreliable but we were out most of the time so it was no big deal. I’d definitely book with Qastle again, he was lovely!

This location was perfect location in Old San Juan. It is accessible to local restaurants, stores, beaches and bars. Right outside the apartment is a beautiful view of the beach. The place itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable and their were appliances and towels available if needed. Most importantly, the host was able to communicate quickly about any concerns that we may have had and I overall enjoyed my stay at this location; I would definitely recommend this stay.

This place is in the best location of Old San Juan. It is super close to everything and very easily accessible. It gets a bit loud on the street at night, but if you are okay sleeping through that then is the best Airbnb you can get in Old San Juan.
