Late check-out fee: $30 per half an hour.
Docking boat to the house fee: $20 per night (Please leave the money on the dinning table)
Barbecuing and Grilling is prohibited since it can cause a fire. Penalty fee: $80
Pets are strictly prohibited. Penalty fee: $180
Broken Kayak and SUP paddles: $65 each.

-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 8. (Fee: $120 for each additional guest per night)
