-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $450)

-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $450 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)

-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)

-Any damages to the property will be charged.

-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 6. (Fee: $160 for each additional per night)
