Additional House Rules

Hi! Please do not get discouraged by the rules below. The intention is to avoid problematic people. Unfortunately we have had some bad experiences in the past.

-RESPECT THE COMMUNITY

-SHOUTING AND ARGUING OUT LOUD IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.

-LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.

-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM.

-You will be told to leave the Airbnb IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police if needed. You will be charged for any property damages.

-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $350)

-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)

-Do NOT damage towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)

-Any damages to property will be charged.

-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 2. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)

Disclaimer:

The Puerto Rican power grid has not fully recovered after the hurricanes in the past years. Wifi and City water pumps may be affected by the outages. Water / Power interruptions because of city repairs can happen as well. Power and water outages may temporary occur during your stay. If there is low water pressure, the water heater will not work. While not common, some appliances may be damaged by a power outage.
Internet providers in Puerto Rico are not 100% reliable because of constant grid repairs, while not common, interruptions may occur during your stay.
Keep in mind that we are in the hot humid tropics, insects are much more abundant here. They are part of our ecosystem. We do our part in performing a monthly exterminating job in all the property but this is not 100% effective. Insects may enter the property at anytime especially if food is left around.
This is common in all the tropics. By traveling to Puerto Rico you are acknowledging all risks mentioned. No refund will be granted because of this.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 6 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 6 days of check-in.
