-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)
Cancellation policy
There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.

Wonderful place to stay! The place was really clean, very close to the beach and walking distance to nearly everything in San Juan. It was the perfect little adventure!
It was a great experience overall. The apartment is pretty clean and in a good locality close to almost everything. We initially booked a different place with Qastle and had issues with getting in to the apartment. Qastle was quick to respond and got us into this beauty of a place at no extra cost. This is a good place to stay if you want to be around the Old san juan and the beach.
Everything was excellent, the place is super comfortable and cozy for a couple. Excellent location, close to everything. 200% Recommended!
The apartment is situated in a convenient spot in-between Old San Juan and the Escambrón Beach. It is very new and equipped with modern facilities. The kitchen looks especially nice, and though we didn't make much use of it, it would be good if you want to make some simple meals during your stay. The room is spacious enough for two people, and the beddings in the bedroom are pretty clean and comfortable. What I like most is the in-house washer and dryer, which we used a lot after beach and hiking trips.
The only things that could use some improvement are the shower and lighting. I personally do not like shower heads that locate directly above my head, which makes it difficult for washing myself without getting water into my eyes. The ceiling lights in all the rooms are also a bit too harsh—the addition of 1-2 floor/table/wall lamps in each room could make the stay much more comfortable, especially for people who want to stay longer and/or who want to spend at least some time lounging in the apartment.
Despite the above inconveniences, the host is extremely helpful and responsive to our requests, and Rosario did everything in his power to make me comfortable. I would recommend this place to travelers who wants a convenient, cost-effective, short-term stay.

Nice place and looks new. Great communication. Good location, close to everything.
Just 2 things.
I would recommend putting curtains on the windows, there is not privacy in the main door and bathroom. People can see you from outside, it was a little uncomfortable.
And the address was wrong, we were lost around 40min trying to find the place.
