-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)
Cancellation policy
There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
Great apartment in an excellent location. Super close to everything, great A/C, comfy beds. Bathroom is a bit tight, so definitely be mindful for multiple people, but overall very glad to have stayed here!
The apartment is located in a great central location for seeing old San Juan! Beds are comfy, A/C kept us very comfortable and we were glad that we were able to do our own laundry. Great place!
We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb though the passcodes to get in were pretty confusing at first. I loved the balcony outside of the apartment door, though it could use chair so you can enjoy the scenery. The place was very clean and cannot complain about much, the only thing i would say is to bring detergent for your clothes!

Nice quiet area. Overall was nice besides the stains on covers & the worn out towels. Luckily some of us brought our own towels. Host was very communicative.
This Airbnb is in such a great location, & walking distance to many things. It was very clean & had full body mirrors in every room which I really appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!
House was great , we did have dirty sheet but owner responded fast & was able to bring clean everything . Location is perfect . Oh & bathroom is pretty small. Over all it’s was a great place to stay
Extremely clean and location A1! Parking up front which is a +. I look forward to returning to this location very soon!
My family really enjoyed staying In this location and luxury Air BNB, The Value of the place changed when other visitors decided to play loud music at all hours , stay out passed curfew (10pm) with zero respect cursing and drinking in front of the place and church , leaving blood and sangria punches all outside on the concrete, and dressed like their going to a club in front of what was a kid friendly area ( there’s a playground across the street).
We did appreciate the host straightening things out for the duration of our trip
