Amazing Ocean View in Old SJ

Beautiful views! Location was perfect, place was as described, and clean. Host was also very responsive

If you want to truly experience Old San Juan and have an ocean view this is your place. However, the pics on here are not as accurate. The sitting area on the pics is inside the bigger bedroom. There's no separate living room area. All the windows and doors are shut with nails and unable to be open. The only door and view you will have is the one from the dinning room area. Which was disappointing. It does get noisy at night but if you sleep in the 2nd room away from the balcony you won't hear anything. AC works great!!! Place was clean, we did get some water in from the doors when it rained. Qastle was able to provide extra towels to help with the water. Restaurants, bars, stores are all within walking distance. If you do plan to explore outside Old San Juan I recommend getting a car rental. Uber is extremely over price. There is a parking lot within walking distance (10 mins away) that only charges $3.00 per day, and you can leave the car over night. Overall, stay was great. Fell in Love with Viejo San Juan.

The view was amazing! But the pictures are quite deceiving, the “living room” is actually a bed room. We had water leaks from the ceiling the entire trip. The washer & dryer doesn’t work.

outstanding location! the photos I was able to get of the sunset coming down over El Morro are gorgeous. Cute restaurant with music and food steps away. very spacious interior.

Great stay, the place was beautiful & clean. If you don’t mind a loud street, music and people at night this is place is for you.

In a great location in Old San Juan. The view is beautiful and everything is walking distance. We parked our car at a parking lot 10min walking distance away but only for $3/day, so it was well worth it for us. Everything was pretty clean. The only issue we had was that while the AC units were working, the one in the large bedroom was constantly leaking to the point that it was all over the guest bed and floor. Water was leaking from the bathroom after showers into the smaller guest room & hallway. Just some things to be careful about when staying here. Other than that, everything else was fine.

A wonderful spot nestled in a hotspot of Old San Juan. Amazing views to the ocean and La Perla. Walkable to everything. Loud on the weekends with La Perla right across the street. During the week it wasn’t loud at all. Great running, biking, adventures outside the door. Responsive host and was very accommodating to our work schedule and helping us with our needs. Def would recommend and stay again.

We loved our stay at this adorable apartment! Erving was super responsive and called to check on us as soon as we checked in. The views are breathtaking and it's walkable to everything Old San Juan has to offer. When we finished dinner each night, we loved coming back to watch the activity of La Perla - pretty comical but also can be a bit noisy throughout the entire night. We rented a jeep and parked about 4 blocks away for $13/day. It was very convenient. We will definitely be back to visit!
