    Location, location, locations!!! Beautiful view from the patio to Old San Juan and beach. Mainly your view will be of La Perla, but it is still amazing. This area is a party parade, very very busy, lots of tourist and locals. Music playing loudly all night and load cars/motorcycles. You will still have privacy because you are so high up, but just FYI. It didn't bother us much but there was a few times I woke up to motorcycles races on the street. You will be steps away from El Callejon Tanca, that leads to restaurants and bars. There is tons to do in just walking distance. We didn't rent a car we got a taxi from airport and paid $23. We walked around the 1st day but rented a motor scooter the second day. You can rent one by the marina. The unit is perfect for two people. Everything is very clean. I have suggested to the host to replace or fix bed. Bed was uncomfortable for us. AC worked perfect and we had no power outages, unlike other places. We didn't use the kitchen but it looks like it had everything you will need. The patio furniture is a little worn out, probably because of sun damage. I did also suggested a tan bed to lay out. I was laying on the floor because outdoor sofas were to small for me to lay on them. To wrap it up, if you like to party, walk around an explore, don't mind small places, noise and like to be were everyone else is at, then this is the place for you. Only suggestion, La Perla is safe but don't record there, locals don't like that. Respect them and they will respect you. Have fun and enjoy PR. This place was gem for location!!!

    This Airbnb is even better than the photos! It was roomier than we expected and the view was priceless. We loved our stay here so much, all of our interactions with people in the building were pleasant and the host is quick to respond to any messages! The location is amazing, we walked everywhere and this spot made it a breeze. It was so cool exploring the city during the day and coming back to this breathtaking view! It’s worth noting that while this is obviously a pull out bed, we slept on it for 4 nights without any body pain. More comfortable beds definitely exist but this one was not a problem for us. The fridge was bigger than the ones in standard hotel rooms and kept things super cold and refreshing after hot days in the sun. We didn’t cook but there were plenty of utensils if you wanted to. We chose the Airbnb for the rooftop views but were pleasantly surprised by the clean, stylish space and unbeatable location!

    Great place, would recommend staying here. The outdoor space made the quarantine a lot more enjoyable. Great location overall and the space inside was great. My gf and I loved it.

    This penthouse is in the center of all the hot spots in Old San Juan. My husband and myself traveled there to take in the city vibes and be amongst the people, and that’s exactly what we got!! Live music right outside, and the breathtaking views of the ocean!!!
    The penthouse pictures are very accurate, however there was no shade on the terrace like in pictures, so be ready for lots of beautiful sun!!
    We loved our stay and feel like we got a great deal overall!! I highly recommend!

-LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)

Cancellation policy

There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
