-SHOUTING AND ARGUING OUT LOUD IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.
-LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM. (Fee: $40 per neighbor complaint)
-You will be told to leave the property IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs. We will call the Police. You will be charged for any property damages.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $150)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $250 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT stain towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Use your own makeup removal. Do not throw the bedsheets on the floor. (Fee: $20 per bed sheet and/or towel)
-Any damages to the property will be charged.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed. The maximum number of guests is 4. (Fee: $120 for each additional per night)
Cancellation policy
There will be a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 12 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. There Will be NO refunds for cancellations made within the 7 days of check-in.
The location, space, and rooms were all exactly as pictured and everyone loved it. What an awesome place. We would not hesitate booking here again our next trip to PR!
This place was all about location, location, location for us! We were right around the corner from Ole, Barrachina, other restaurants/bars, and the Governers Mansion (umbrella street). You can get anywhere in Viejo San Juan within a 5-10 minute walk. We would wake up early and walk along the water/El Morro every morning.
All three rooms were large and beautiful with AC and ceiling fans. It felt peaceful, safe, and like our own little home.
You have to walk up three flights of stairs. We were okay with it but just FYI. Also, taxis and Uber can't drive up to the front door. The street is closed off. You'll have to meet drivers on the street corner or another meeting place. The street gets busy with restaurant outdoor seating but it shuts down pretty early in the evening.
We had a great stay! The location is good, instruction is clear which made the check in process smooth. The apartment is spacious and chic. Everything is perfect, will stay again.
